A small Persian kard, mid 19C. , very finely made with a wootz (Watered) steel blade 4 1/2 inches long. Good high contrast pattern on the blade. steel bolsters with sawn "stars". four sectors walrus grips, two are dyed light green. Steel grip strap with silver decorations, set with turquoise stones. Total length 8 1/2 inches. Very good condition. No scabbard.
