This knife is of Tibetan origin, early 20 C. Single edged blade 8 1/2 inches long. Wood handle with chased white metal pommel and grip bound with twisted wire. Finely engraved steel handle and scabbard mounts with a band of rye skin between the locket and the chape.. Total length 14 inches. Very good condition. Blade well used.
