This Fine Koumaya Dagger is coming from Morocco, first half of the 20C. Classical blade, 9 1/2 inches long, double edged at its lower half and single edged at the top. The handle is carved from a single piece of Rhino horn of very dark color. The pommel head and the scabbard are made of heavy silver, engraved and chased in a classical Moroccan design. The scabbard is proof marked for the silver with a possible date. Total length 16 inches. Very good condition. Very minor chip on the grip horn.
