We offer for sale this very interesting leather (hide) shield, probably from East Africa. It is made from heavy brown leather braided with a rich pattern of leather strips all around. It is 14 ½ inches in diameter, rather flat, and comes with an inner handles made of leather strips. Very good condition. Minor age shrink and distortions. A very unusual shield.
