This fine Kattar is Indian, Probably from Rajasthan, mid 19C. Finely forged Wootz (Damascus, Watered) steel blade with a central rib and serrated edges with a thickened tip for armor piercing. Silver koftgari decoration on the handle side bars. Total length 15 inches. very good condition. Minor losses to the silver decoration
