This is interesting mix of a saber and a throwing knife. Probably from Zaire, Benge people. Early 20C. Massive sickle shaped blade with a double edged tip, finely forged deeply fullered and decorated with line punched design. Wood handle bound with steel strips. Blade 26 inches. Total length 31 inches. Very good condition. Small edge nick. Scarce item.
