This type of throwing knives is typical to the fang and Kota people of Cameroon. The shape of the blade is in the style of a bird head with a triangular eye cut into it. The blade shape of this specific exemplar is a bit unusual. Blade length 12 inches. Wood handle bound with steel strips. Very good condition.
