This peculiar shaped axe is a fighting ax of the Sefuko people residing in Ivory coast, Mali and Burkina Faso. Early - mid 20C. Well forged blade with shallow fuller, 6 inches long. The 6 inches tang is perpendicular to the blade. Engraved wood haft. Total length 30 inches. Very good condition.
