Up for sale this sickle shaped sword of the Azande from central Zaire (also used by the neighboring tribes, Boa and others). Early to mid 20 C. 18 inches engraved on one face and sharpened on the concave side with a reinforced spine widening to a 9 inches double edge tip. Wood handle bound with steel strip. Total length 20 inches. Very good condition.
