This fine keris is most probably Bugis, late 29C. Fine straight blade forged from pamor steel with clear and clean structure. The handle is carved from ivory (We think it is Walrus ivory) and the mendak is made of beautiful brass filigree work (with traces of silver plating). Wood scabbard bound with thread, Blade 15 inches long. Total 19 1/2 inches. Very good condition.
