This powder flask is Indian, early 19 C., probably late Mughal from North India. Wood carved in the shape of a fish and painted gold red and black. The flask opening is in the fish mouth. Length 8 ½ inches. Very good condition. Minor losses to the paint colors. Plug is missing.
