This large and heavy Kris sword is Moro, South Philippines, late 19C. or earlier. Wavy massive blade 25 inches long. Wood grip covered with silver bands separated with bands of cotton threads and ending with a very big ivory pommel. One steel clamp (Baca Baca). Total length 31 inches. Very good condition. Blackened spots on the blade. minor losses to the cotton thread binding of the grip.
