This Kris is Malay, early version, probably late 18 to early 19 C. The fine blade is 21 1/2 inches long wavy at its top and straight on its lower half. The handle is wood covered with twisted brass wire. Total length 27 inches. Very good condition. No scabbard. The wood handle is old but probably later to the blade.
