This sword is Indian, Central or South India, 18C. or earlier. Fine slender blade forged from Wootz (Watered, Damascus) steel of good quality and nice pattern. Blade length 28 1/2 inches. Whole steel handle shaped like a horse head. Total length 34 inches. very good condition. No scabbard.
