Up for sale this very good, long sickle shaped sword of the Azande from central Zaire (also used by the neighboring tribes, Boa and others). Early to mid 20 C. 25 ½ inches blade, flat diamond cross section on one face and nicely engraved with geometrical design on the other face. Wood handle bound with brass and iron strips. Total length 29 inches. Very good condition. Small wood chips on the handle.
