The Yoruba people from Nigeria uses this type of cult knife and carry it in front of dignitaries in public ceremonies. Whole brass cast with geometric design engraved decoration and with a large lunette shaped pommel with brass chain. Length 16 inches. Very good condition. Good age patina.
