This beautiful knife is of Turkish origin and known as Bichaq. It has a single edge blade 10½ inches long. The hilt is black enameled (Niello) silver with “ears” in the Yatagan handles style. there is a red stone set between the ears. The scabbard is wood, covered with silver also decorated with niello work. Total length (in scabbard) 15 inches. Very good condition. All parts are original.
