Up for sale a very nice gilded qajar Axe of unusual shape. The blade is 7 inches long chiseled with nice flowers, birds and animals. It has a rear spike 5 1/2 inches long with beautiful base carved in a shape of stylized animals. Nicely ribbed haft. Total length 26 1/2 inches long. Very good condition, some of the gold is worn. It is dated early 19c. An impressive unique item.
