A Keris Penjang , also sometimes referred to as Execution Keris from Sumatra, late 19 -early 20 C. The blade is 23 inches long, forged from pamor steel. The hilt is very finely carved from horn. Fine wood scabbard with silver bands. Total length 28 ½ inches. Very good condition. Minor pitting n the blade. Age cracks on the handle. The brass mendak is new.
