Up for sale is this very fine 19C Turkish Blunderbuss pistol with a flaring barrel, 8 ½ inches long, forged from beautifully folded and twisted steel ( Damascus pattern welded). The barrel elaborately chiseled with a classical Turkish design. The flintlock lock in operating condition (needs small adjustments), finely chiseled as well. Wood stock with brass inserts in a classical Turkish style. Very good condition. Losses to the brass inlay.Total length 17 inches.
