This very good sword is an Arab/Bedouin Saif, probably from Arabia, Mid 19C. German trade blade with the seven stars marking 29 inches long, engraved with Arabic inscriptions. Later, Early –mid 20 C. handle and scabbard made of silver (low grade) with very fine filigree work. Total length 37 inches. Very good condition. Good age patina on the blade. Minor edge nicks. Impressive silver work.
