Very fine Tuareg Dagger - 12646

This fine dagger is from the west Sahara region, early 20 C. , used by the Tuareg and others residing in the region. Finely forged blade 7 inches long of a flat diamond cross section inlaid with brass design and engraved copper bolster. Engraved steel handle decorated with brass and copper rings and very nice large round steel pommel. fine tooled leather scabbard. Total length 11 inches. Very good condition. A fine dagger of good quality and rare shape.
