Up for sale is this very rare Zirah Bouk Indian mail piercer dagger. The tip of the 7 inches wootz blade is forged from high carbon steel, forge welded and thickened to diamond shape cross section so it will easily pierce even the strongest mail rings. The hilt has two ivory grips and some gold inlaid to the grip strap and bolsters. Scabbard is wood covered with black leather. Total length 11 inches. Very good condition. Age cracks on the grips. A rare dagger in a very elegant shape.
