This is a very good example of Jambiya dagger from Hadhramout, an arid area in South of Yemen. Early 20th C. Finely forged blade with central rib, 7 inches long. Massive rhino horn handle set with silver filigree decoration on the front side and silver cover on the back. Heavy silver scabbard with an uprising “Thum” style finial. Total length 12 inches. Very good condition. Minor losses to the silver scabbard.
