This very long sword is most probably coming from Chad, Tebu (or Toubou) people. It is unusually long 39 inches, (compared to the 10-11 inches long of the common daggers). Blade 33 inches very well forged with central fuller and hollow ground diamond cross section. The handle is bound with braided leather strips. Very good condition. No scabbard.
