Up for sale is this very rare and elegant African axe of the Teke people. The TEKE people live in Gabon and in Congo Brazzaville. It has hammered blade 8 inches long 10 1/2 inches wide with 1/2 inch edge. Total length18 inches. Brass covered curved wood handle. Very good condition. A scarce item. .
