Here we offer for sale a fine and beautiful Indian shamshir sword, early - mid 19 C., with Gilded copper handle set with colored stones and gilded chased copper scabbard with floral design. This work is very typical to sword and daggers made in Kutch which is located in the west of India. Pattern welded (Damascus) single edge blade 30 inches long. Total length 37 inches. Very good condition. It has some losses to the gilding.
