Fine Khyber Sword with Ivory Grips - 12308

This is a classical example of a fine Indian Khyber sword coming from North India, early – mid 19C. The heavy massive blade is 23 inches long 2 inches wide, with a pronounced T spine. The bolsters and grips are silver decorated with black and red “stars”. The grips are ivory with good age patina. Total length 28 ½ inches. Very good condition. Minor edge nicks and blackened spots on the blade. |
