This Jambiya dagger is most probably Syrian, early 20C. Finely forged heavy blade with silver koftgari inlay. Horn handle. Steel mounted scabbard also with silver inlay decoration on the mounts. Blade length 6 inches, total 12 inches. Very good condition. This dagger is of far better in quality and workmanship than similar ones found on the market. This may suggest earlier age.
