Very Good Sword of the Battak - Sumatra - 12168

This sword of the Toba Batak people, also known as Piso Gading is 19C. The slightly up-swept blade is 18 inches long. The handle is antler. Wood scabbard bound with braided rattan bands, ending with a black horn tip sharply up swept. Total length 28 inches. Very good condition. Very good age patina on the handle and the blade.
