This Jambiya / Khanjar dagger is of clear Iraqi style but may be made in Syria, mid – late 20 C. Curved and double edge 7 ½ inches blade, with pronounced central rib, finely decorated with gold koftgary work, Black horn handle. Wood scabbard with steel mounts, also decorated with gold and silver inlay work. Total length 13 inches. Very good plus condition.
