Up for sale is this very good Saif sword from Ethiopia, early 20 C. The blade is most probably European made, 31 ˝ inches long, finely etched with floral pattern and the “lion of Judea” the emblem of the emperor. Massive Dark material handle, probably some kind of Bakelite with a silver dome pommel cap. Total length 36 ˝ inches. Very good condition. Minor losses to the handle. No scabbard.
