This Khukuri knife is Nepalese, dated 1914. It has a heavy wide, swollen blade finely forged with ridged spine and deep fullers. Steel bolsters. The blade is marked L.D 9-9-14. Black wood handle with a carved central ring and steel pommel plate. Original leather covered scabbard with a back compartment and accompanying knives. Blade 12 inches, total 16 inches. Very Good condition. Very impressive Khukuri.
