Heavy 19C. Persian Qama sword - 11953


This heavy Qama sword is probably Persian, mid 19C. The finely forged blade is 17 ½ inches long, 2 inches wide hollow ground diamond cross section with reinforced edges. The blade is stamped with a maker mark and decorated with a silver inlay panel (true inlay). Horn grips. Total length 23 ½ inches. Very good condition. No scabbard.
