This fine small Kindjal dagger is early 20 C., probably made for a youngster. The classical shape blade with off centered fuller is 10 ½ inches long. The handle is walrus ivory with gold inlay decoration and nielloed silver dome shaped rivets. The scabbard is silver, chased and nielloed, and set with walrus ivory panels, also inlaid with gold decoration. Total length 15 ½ inches. Very good condition.
