This Rare and large size style of Khukuri is also known as Hanshee. The name comes to describe the continuing arch shape of the blade and the handle. Blade 16 inches, well forged with ridged spine and steel bolsters. Horn handle with clear fibrous structure, possibly rhino horn. Leather covered scabbard with back compartment. Total length 21 inches. Very good condition. Rare type, Nepalese, late 19 C.
