This dagger is Persian, late Qajar period, late 19C. The genral shape is of a Turkish Qama. Straight double edge blade 12 ½ inches long, chiseled on the base. Whole steel handle and scabbard, both chiseled in a classical Qajar style. Total length 19 inches. Very good condition.
