This very interesting short sword is most probably a variant of the Piso Podang sword of the Battak people from Sumatra. Very slender and flexible pamor blade, double edged, 28 inches. Very finely chased silver handle in the classical shape of a Piso Podang sword. Very good condition.. Minor rust on the blade with minor edge nicks.
