This Large spear is from Zaire, probably Ngombe, mid 20 C. Massive 21 inches blade forged with a central rib together with a 5 inches socket. The haft is wood bound with iron copper and brass strips and with swollen grip near the tail. Steel tip. Total length 73 inches. Very good condition. Original black patina on the blade. Blade tip slightly bent and straighten.
