This large horn is more than 15 inches long 4 inches wide at the bottom. The mouth as well as the horn plug are mounted with Ivory rings. The bottom plate is also decorated with ivory inserts. Indian, late 19 C. , probably a copy of the European Master Horn containing powder for a whole military unit. An influence of the British military forces in India. Very good condition. Very impressive.
