We have some uncertainty regarding the origin of this shield. Most probably a variant of the rattan shields of the Ache , Sumatra, but could be from somewhere in Indo-China- Vietnam or a neighboring country. 16 inches diameter. Very finely braided. Nicely braided rattan inner handles. Very good plus condition.
