This wooden powder flask is Moroccan, late 19 – early 20 C. Carved in a single wood block with a wooden cover. 3 ½ inches diameter, 2 inches tall with a 4 ½ inches spout. Total length 7 ½ inches. Very good condition with good age patina. It should be noted here that some sources define this shape of flask as Ottoman, but we think that the pattern carving on the wood is very typical North African.
