This hunting spear is probably coming from Tanzania or the neighboring countries in South East Africa. Good example, early 20 C. Blade is 12 inches bound to the haft with coiled steel strip. Wood haft with a steel and brass strips. Total length 48 inches. Very good condition with good age patina.
