We offer here for sale a very nice Bolo / Machete Short sword from the Philippines, probably mid twentieth Century. Unusual up-curving heavy blade, 15 ½ inches long, somewhat crudely forged but properly sharpened. . Hardwood pistol shaped hilt and hardwood scabbard bound with rattan strips. This item comes with its original fiber braided belt. 22 inches total length (in scabbard). Very good condition. A 4 inches forging crack at the blade spine.
