This fine Barong sword is most probably coming from the collection of the Army Museum, Oxford, catalog number 178 . It is late 19 –early 20 C. Very well forged laminated blade. Wood handle with long silver collar and braided silver wire band. Original grained wood scabbard with rattan binding. Blade length 16 ˝ inches. Total 24 inches. Very good condition. Old short crack on the scabbard. Very impressive Barong.
