We offer here for sale a early 20 Century war shield from Somalia. It is 12 1/2 inches in diameter and made from heavy Buffalo (?) hide, very nicely tooled with design of circles around its center. Very good condition. Good age patina on the hide. Minor distortion due to shrink of the hide.
