A very rare and fine version of the famous Kindjal dagger. It is exceptional in the way that it has two front sides and can be worn on either one. One side is decorated with a classical Georgian gilded filigree work. The other side is very finely chiseled and nielloed. The belt ring attachment is removable and can be mounted on either face of the kindjal. Classical blade 13 inches long with off centered fullers. Total length 19 inches. Georgian inscription on the back side of the removable belt attachment and on the scabbard below it. Excellent condition.
