This very fine dagger is Turkish dated on the blade to 1215 in the Islamic calendar ( 1800 in the Gregorian calendar).The fine, serrated 12 ½ inches blade is gold inlaid with rich inscriptions in Arabic letters and dated to 1215 (1800 in the Gregorian calendar). The handle and the scabbard are chased silver. Total length 21 inches. Very good condition. Very impressive dagger.
