This Billao dagger comes from the coastal people of Somalia. It has a classical but non-symmetrical leaf shape blade, 7 inches long. The handle is made of two sections of ivoey separated by layers of black horn, brass and Aluminum. The pommel is of a typical pronged shape, but bigger than the usual and made from ivory as well. Tooled leather scabbard. Very Good condition.
