Not really a weapon but definitely an interesting item. Probably from Egypt, early to mid 20 C. Ivory handle carved with a Egyptian style human head and mounted with a bundle of thick hair, probably horse hair. Handle 6 1/2 inches. Total length 17 inches approximately. Very good condition
